I started my airline career with British Airways in 1996.

Over the following 25+ years, I have had the privilege of working with airlines of all sizes, both full service and LCC. 

I put my experience to good use when setting up an innovative startup (Anari) focused on Revenue Optimization. We won the Queen's Award for Enterprise in 2016 and a year later sold the business to a major airline IT player (Accelya). 

I decided to leave Accelya in mid-2021 to establish an incubator, exploring how AI/ML might help airlines to solve various Commercial challenges.  

Now I'm offering my airline experience to businesses as a consultant, interim or non-executive.

SKILLS ACQUIRED

I have in-depth, hands-on knowledge of airline's Commercial business processes, IT solutions, workflows and associated data.

This is combined with deep understanding of the new challenges and opportunities that come with Offer and Order, NDC and multi-channel Revenue Optimization.

I have developed a range of high-level skills including consultancy, solution strategy, product specification/roadmaps, business development and team management.

When I'm not solving airlines' business problems, I like exploring technologies such as AI/ML. This continuous learning allows me to offer my clients insights and support for key projects.
